<h1>Information</h1>

<p>Michael S. Jarboe is a multi-disciplinary creative with nearly two decades of experience as a design professional. His involvement in various influential subcultures throughout his life have informed his work with a notable sense of depth and authenticity. Regardless of genre, his intent is to match rigorous conceptual integrity with marked technical acuity while leveraging the unknown. A graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art, the fundamentals of his early fine art education became a distinguishing factor in his career as a self educated graphic designer, art director, and type designer. Michael’s interest in the specialised field of type design is rooted in drawing, yet extends to the technical, complex nature of the process where critical analysis is a constant. His personal work draws from commercial experience and vice versa, where he explores relevant concepts related to culture, language, symbolism, and meaning.</p>
